We have to admit we quite like our cars here. (We thought we would share a photo of one of our classics.) So we were absolutely delighted to work with one of the supercar manufacturers at the Geneva Motor Show using RFID Smart Badges to understand the behaviour of their VIP attendees.
As well as providing secure check-in to the VIP area, a must these days, it also allowed the hosts to understand who visited their stand and when, enabling them to make the most of resources and the exclusive hospitality on offer.
Pop-up prompts to reception staff when guests tapped in ensured that guests were greeted appropriately and given the very best of personalised service.
The live dashboard made it easy to see who was visiting at any point as well as showing the busiest times and much more besides.
It was a wonderful event to be involved with and great to work with a team so committed to such a high standard of service.
