It’s been a busy start to the year, and it was great to be back once again at The O2. What an amazing location for our client’s AGM.
We send out all the e-tickets for the event, along with links so that tickets can be added to iPhone and Android Wallets.
The ‘Add to Wallet’ feature is really popular with attendees, with most people presenting their tickets on the phones.
Our ticket scanning software is so quick and easy to use that there were never any queues, meaning no delays and a happy audience. The scanners also popped up guest’s seating information, so they could be directed to their suites and seats.
And for those who forgot their ticket, the door team could easily look them up on the scanner and check them in.
Combined with our live dashboard, which allows organisers to see how many people have arrived in real-time, it all made for fast, efficient access control, getting the event off to a great start.
