Some of you may have heard the sad news of the tragic loss of James Howard, one of Google team, in a car accident during Cannes Lions. It was such a shock, we were all having a great time with everything going swimmingly and then the world was shaken. The love and respect of the Google team for James and the esteem in which he is held was so clear. What was also very apparent was what a strong and caring team it is as everyone supported each other with such care during this horrible time. Our deepest sympathy and respect to James’ family, friends and colleagues.
