Privacy Policy & Data Usage: EClicker & Capacity Management App

This application collects data for your Access and Capacity Reports which are available through your Management Dashboard.

The information collected is:
• Your application ID.
• The logged in User
• The logged in Location.
• The logged in Area.
• Check-Ins with Timestamp
• Check-Outs with Timestamp

If you are using more than one device to manage capacity the aggregated check-in, check-out, number on site, and remaining capacity data will be shared with all devices.

The data will be deleted if it is no longer relevant or required for operational or reporting purposes, if you cease to have an account with In-Site Technology Solutions Ltd. or at any time at your request. You can request the data be deleted by emailing info@weareinsite.com.
