It was great to be back at the ICC Birmingham for the 2019 Superdrug Christmas Conference.
We were busy scanning in tickets to get people checked in quickly; speed and efficiency is so important as most people turn up in a 45 minute window.
Our live reports also helped the events team see minute-by-minute how many people had arrived helping to direct load into the auditorium.
