It was wonderful to return to the E3 Business Expo (North West). It’s an event that always impresses us with the care taken to ensure both exhibitors and visitors get the maximum benefit from attending. How many expos offer pre-event training and guidance to exhibitors? It’s a real differentiation that makes a real difference. The result is an event with a real buzz and one that we really enjoy being a part of.
Once again we were busy welcoming attendees, printing event badges and registering visitors who hadn’t pre-booked.
Registration was via Eventbrite. We have a real-time interface with Eventbrite (and other ticketing companies) which allowed on-line ticket booking to remain live during the event with our software getting new bookings within seconds.
Event badge printing was as simple as a scan of the attendee’s barcode, either on their phone or on their print-at-home booking, and out popped a badge. For those who forgot their booking confirmation it was a fast and easy look-up to check them in.
We printed unique barcodes on the badges and scanned attendees into seminars so that they could automatically be sent the slides post event.
We also provided barcode scanners for exhibitors, making it easy for them to record visitors who wanted more information with a simple scan of the attendee’s badge.
All our systems are underpinned by our live dashboard. This powerful resource provides lots of valuable information from real-time on site figures to access rates, the busiest event times and much more.
